Workforce Performance Optimization Analytics Manager (Remote)

The Workforce Performance Optimization Analytics Manager is responsible for the oversight and delivery of all analytics and reporting supporting Workforce Performance Optimization initiatives.

The Workforce Performance Optimization (WPO) Analytics Manager will partner with multiple operational areas in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to recommend, develop and deliver processes and methodologies to increase workforce value, accountability, and measurement systems.

The WPO Analytics Managers directs a team of analysts who are responsible for scheduled and adhoc reporting and analyses focused on operational production performance, quality performance, and measurement of performance against standards.

The WPO Analytics manager oversees, directs, and ensures that analyses and reporting supporting performance management adhere to program guidelines defined for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Role responsibilities also include:

Providing strategy and analytics support to departmental Sr. Leadership, presentation of analyses, collaboration on data management strategies, and advancement of business intelligence initiatives.

Will be responsible for specific analyses projects that will require the Analytics Manager to be proficient in technologies utilized by the area and knowledgeable of data sources and associated business processes related to performance related data.

Requirements:

License/Certification/ Education: Normally a B.A./B.S. Degree in related field w/5-7 years of experience.

Essential Job Duties:•Responsible for partnering with functional business areas to develop and execute near and long-term strategies for RCM operational excellence through the creation of Business Intelligence (BI) associated with Workforce Performance Optimization (WPO)•Provide oversights and direction on development, testing implementation, and maintenance of information delivery systems•Responsible for defining, developing, implementing, and maintaining data management programs to ensure the integrity and management of data utilized within reporting programs•Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis, reports, and analytic deliverables to company leadership•Understand incentive compensation philosophies, production and quality methodologies, and incentive plans; deliver performance measurement against stated quotas/goals•Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports on analyses practices, quality assurance functions, application technical tools, and role performance•Ensure excellence in department deliverables and business continuity thru team adherence and commitment to documented procedures and team cross-training•Development and completion of analysis projects as necessitated to meet team deliverable commitments, complex analyses, or sensitive/confidential content•Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with operational and technology partners•Maintain a knowledge of industry business intelligence and data management best practices
