As a Vendor Support Manager, you will use your knowledge of industry standard methodologies, communication and problem-solving skills to lead the vendor lifecycle across our team. You will be responsible for managing vendor relations for key partners assigned. You will ensure iRT policies and procedures are maintained, while driving vendor performance to specifications. You will own all aspects of contract negotiations. You will function as a key hub of communication and tracking for all aspects of vendor performance, as well as assuring alignment to the overall roadmap. You will work with your teammates, internal Customer Care Leadership, and iRhythm’s business and technology teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:

If this is you, you’ll collaborate with Customer Care Leadership team members and focus on performing these key tasks:

  • Lead negotiations for all vendor contracts and ensure they reflect the defined goals and objectives of iRT.
  • Maintain master calendar of contract renewals for all vendors
  • Support on-boarding of new vendor relationships
  • Develop reporting, vendor metrics
  • Assist with scorecard development and training initiatives to track and maintain performance
  • Plan and schedule strategic reviews of vendor performance
  • Ensure milestones and commitments are accomplished
  • Address performance concerns and contractual obligations as necessary
  • Collaborate with the team to document roadmap plans for vendors
  • Assist in operational strategy for international expansion related to vendor relations
  • Facilitate and document renewal decision points
  • Assist with escalation review and leadership POC for vendor related escalations
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • 8+ years of relevant vendor management experience, including contract negotiations and executing on service agreements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, PMP preferred
  • Proven analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • Ability to balance and prioritize work
  • Must be diligent in keeping sensitive data confidential
  • Strong desire to operate as a self-starter
  • Strong process management and problem resolution skills, with an outstanding eye for detail
  • Identify and resolve operational and organizational problems
  • Able to achieve results by establishing strong partnerships and relationships
  • Alignment to short-term and long-term departmental plans for business, production, and organizational priorities
  • Proven success in actively supporting and evolving business operations processes that bring value through consistent, reliable, and flexible delivery
  • Ability to craft compelling communications from metrics and opportunities to leadership
  • Experience applying business and management expertise to achieve financial and operational objectives
  • Facilitate decision making guided by business plans that impact the support and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies

Experience guiding functional discussions and initiatives across departments
