About the Role

We are looking for a talented Training Coordinator to work directly with one of our hospitality clients. You will be working in tandem with Training Project Managers by supporting them with various global training programs. Responsibilities include things such as owning project timelines, taking minutes at meetings, and general admin support. This opportunity could be a launch pad to a Producer for future online courses.

Timeline: This opportunity will start immediately and extend through the end of 2023. It will start with 20 hours per week and increase to 24 hours once the projects ramp up.

Salary rate: $35 – $50 per hour.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain and monitor project timelines, track tasks, and manage reminders
  • Take minutes at monthly project meetings
  • Handle general administrative support such as tracking invoices, coordinating translation reviews, and fine-tuning slide decks for stakeholder meetings
  • Assist with monthly and weekly communications and reporting
  • Assist with the research for various training content curation
  • Help clean up the SharePoint site
  • Provide other administrative support as needed

What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, or a related field of study. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Three years of work experience in a related field
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of project coordination, file management, and other administrative procedures
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
