Summary:

Establishes and maintains the infrastructure and technological capabilities required for managing and reporting all marketing spend within the Donor Marketing budget including all communication activities to relevant stakeholders within the organization. Ensures data entry and maintenance in applicable systems. Responsible for continuous process, operational, and infrastructure improvements across the organization. Provides process/operational support to the nation and ensures adherence to change management processes and documentation. Maintains vendor relationships optimize efficiencies and adheres to business practices related to vendor contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of annual Proforma budget. Includes relevant tracking, documentation, workbook development, and marketing team support to complete the Proforma process.
  • Development and execution of ad hoc reporting and specialty requests on budget spend, fulfillment redemption, and breakage.
  • Lead special process, improvement, infrastructure, and/or operational initiatives at the divisional and/or Biomedical Services Headquarters level as needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Serve as vendor relationship manager for the Biomedical team. Will work closely with others to ensure organizational requirements are fulfilled.
  • Manage the monthly Marketing budget activities. This includes the payment, tracking, and reporting of all invoices. Working closely with the finance team to reconcile all budget categories, process invoices in multiple systems, ensuring all

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of five years of budget tracking and administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
  • Must have exceptional organizational and communications skills.
  • The ability to pivot rapidly upon request for time-sensitive requests.
  • Must have advanced to expert-level Microsoft Office Skills with a focus placed on Excel spreadsheet functionality and management.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and maintaining operational and process initiatives in support of marketing activities is required.
