The Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting data processes and flow in a production environment. Showing the ability to understand data input from web applications and services to the database, and through batch processing. The ability to review errors and identify/correct data issues within the production environment will also be a day-to-day activity. As well as providing support to development teams for releases, and data questions. The base salary range for this position is $69,000 - $90,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility. Equitable Pay and Benefits: Equitable Total Rewards Program (\_id=A) Qualifications Required Qualifications: + 2 years of experience in systems or data analysis + Experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Preferred Qualifications: + Web Application/MVC Frameworks + SCRUM/Agile Methodologies + Hibernate + Java + MongoDB + SSRS Skills: Agile Methodologies : Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery. Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements. System and Technology Integration : Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms.
