Sr. Staff UX Designer - Smart Connected Care (Remote)

Job Description Summary see JD Job Description About the Role As Project & Analytics Lead you will be part of the Technical Service LS Systems and Technology stream, working closely together with the Technical Services - Life Sciences teams. Your responsibilities are: Analytics & Reporting Project Management on Service process optimization You will be part of a dynamic and diverse team where Continuous Improvement, communication and collaboration is key. You are the link between business operations and the technical/IT team. Main Responsibilities will include Analytics & Reporting Support the business with creating operational insights, dashboards and reports Be the Go-to person for Training, access, support, communication, and development of all reporting & analytics Perform monthly operational reporting to leadership (KPIs) Drive regular meetings with the PowerBI Technical Service Super Users and collect key improvement (reporting) ideas Oversee that reporting is managed centrally, on EMEA level, while building the right connection with Global Technical Service Maintain current reporting (Excel) tools Collaborate with the different TS LS teams on how reporting & Analytics can improve operations Bring ideas on how reporting can be transformed to be more efficient You're the TS business owner for ServiceMax, and PowerBI Project Management Challenge business processes and come up with ways/projects to improve the current way of working Collaborate with the different teams to collect the business requirements and understand what is feasible from an IT perspective Initiate, plan, execute, monitor improvement projects end to end Join forces with the different BD vendors (Deloitte, TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, ) Contribute to existing projects, e.g. the customer impact projects About you 2-4 years experience in business analytics Strong business acumen and sense of ownership - 'I am a part of my Business Unit' Strong analytical and conceptual skills, enjoying working with numbers, accurate, attentive to details Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all management levels in matrix organization, likes interacting with people Capable of working well autonomously and in a team environment also with teams in remote locations, self-motivated, eager to learn and ready to operate in changing environment Challenges the status-quo and have an eye for continuous improvements Experienced in Excel and PowerBi (ServiceMax and SFDC experience is a plus) Demonstrates drive to achieve results by supporting others and cooperating with other functions Academic record with a degree or equivalent in business economics or relevant professional experience Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
