About the Role:

The Senior Data Product Manager is a key leader in developing and implementing advanced data products and features. They will work closely with senior executives, engineering, design, data science, and other business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions driven by data. Their goal is to further establish and widen the gap that Madison Logic has as a leader in the constantly changing field of ABM intelligence. This role has the potential to both generate revenue and improve operational efficiency through the creation of new products and platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, product development, and ensuring that the solutions they deliver are well-adopted by the target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the product vision, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, using market knowledge and competitive analysis.
  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, or products.
  • Extract insights from data using SQL-based tools and collaborate with data science and analytics teams.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and deliver impactful projects by partnering with operations and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, engage in technical discussions, and clearly communicate delivery timelines, trade-offs, and risks to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of product managers.
  • Work with operations teams to design, deliver, iterate, and support the business sales team in meeting revenue targets.
  • Navigate the entire product lifecycle, integrate customer feedback into requirements, prioritize tasks, and execute pre- and post-launch activities.
  • Combine attention to detail with a holistic perspective, prioritize competing needs, and provide clear guidance to teams and partners.
  • Identify, vet, and manage partnerships to improve the lead generation tech stack and overall product offering.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to rapidly prototype, A/B test, and deliver minimumviable products while balancing validation activities with long-term vision.
  • Shape the data product roadmap and strategy, prioritizing user research and understanding users and clients at a deep level.
  • Develop, own, and deliver ideas from concept through deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with senior leadership to align with business objectives and develop core metrics for AI and data products.
  • Assist in the development of internal and external training on AI and data.
  • Become a subject matter expert on ML’s products.
  • Serve as the organization’s product authority on data models, data validation, and data-driven decision-making across multiple product lines.
  • Apply AI, data analytics, and LLMs to solve complex problems and deliver reliable AI-powered intelligence for smart ABM campaign strategy planning.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 3 years data-driven products, or experience in B2B SAAS preferred.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a deep understanding of data models, validation techniques, and statistical methods.
  • Track record of delivering initiatives from concept to completion, preferably in the B2B marketing space.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with lead generation, data management, and analytics preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large teams on multiple projects and translate business needs into impactful outcomes.
  • Openness to experimentation, embracing the concept of failing fast and cheap.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
