Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst - eviCore - Work From Home

This is a dynamic role in the Enterprise Data Office responsible for requirements gathering and analysis supporting lakehouse solution development. This role supports a wide variety of business analytics needs across eviCore stakeholders. It is a very customer focused role and communication is key as the resource will work directly with stakeholders to capture requirements across multiple teams. Healthcare background is a plus but not a requirement. Responsibilities: + Gathers stakeholder needs in order to produce business and technical requirements. + Updates release notes to keep stakeholders aware of new functionality. + Performs quality assurance testing on development items to ensure accuracy of product. + Analyzes existing or creates new SQL queries to perform analysis. + Manages needs and requirements across our internal teams. + Collaborates across teams and bridges gaps in understanding. + Conducts analyses to identify business use cases, capability requirements, and technology & data dependencies to support the our key strategic initiatives. + Analyzes data from eviCore's information systems, develops or supports development of solutions, and assists other team members and stakeholders in their use and understanding of eviCore's data and processes. + Provides advanced professional input to complex Engineering assignments/projects. + Supports a team of engineers that design and develop a consolidated, conformed enterprise data lake house which stores all critical data associated with Customer, Provider, Authorization, Claims, Client and Benefits information. + Analyzes large amounts of data stored in a data lake house to find relationships and patterns. + Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals. + Works autonomously, only requiring "expert" level technical support from others. + Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. + Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Information Management. + Collaborates effectively with teammates and business leaders influencing outcomes through effective verbal and written communication skills including planning and facilitating workshops, developing compelling senior-level presentations and other highly visible communications. + Interprets business feedback and results to succinctly create compelling recommendations and solutions for senior leadership sponsorship and buy-in. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in managed care and/or working with healthcare claims. + Proficient in Database Concepts and Technologies including MS SQL Server. + Must be organized and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Strong technical skills required to explore, extract, organize, transpose and analyze data sets. + Organized and works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment + Powerful critical thinker + Good understanding of data warehousing / dimensional modeling concepts. + Experience in ETL, data mapping, data handling and Data Analytics. + Self-Starter who enjoys problem solving and creating innovative solutions. + Strategic thinker with the ability to develop sophisticated analyses and synthesize the results into implications and communicate recommendations to senior leadership. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of shaping messages appropriately for a senior-level audience and proficiency using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. + Excellent Communications skills and should be able to effectively collaborate with the remote teams - both on-shore and off-shore. + Experience in Agile Methodology. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 86,300 - 143,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
