What this position entails IntelliScript's Information Technology has been a key part of our success and is critical to our future. Working on a team of Software Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Business Analysts, you will contribute to the continued growth and enhancement of the systems that drive value for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with different portions of our systems and business, including UI/UX, back-end automation, and embedded business process improvement projects. What you'll be doing Design, develop, maintain and improve software and other technical solutions that solve business challenges Focus on overall product quality Develop and maintain unit and integration tests Responsibly self-manage workload given project priorities, deadlines and deliverables Follow established company standards and best practices Participate in code reviews What we need Experience with full software development lifecycle Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices Excellent collaborative skills, work well independently and as a team member Proven analytical skills to interpret and implement business and functional requirements Understanding of the value of test automation and a desire to incorporate it in development practice. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed. The base salary for the position will vary with the candidate's qualifications and experience. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $140,000 depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition, we offer a significant performance-based bonus plan, profit sharing, and generous benefits.
