ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our Technical Writing Team. In this position, you will review new features with Product Management and develop product documentation and learning materials including user HTML based documentation, reference guides, design guides, installation manuals, help documents, code Snippets, and video-based overviews and tutorials. You will lead projects and mentor other writers. This position requires effective planning, scheduling, research, writing, and collaboration skills.
Ideal candidates will be self-starters, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable, and persistent. We are looking for someone who has been around web-based, multi-tiered systems. You do not need to be an expert in the software development lifecycle, financial reporting & budgeting systems, databases, programming languages, APIs and the like, but exposure is expected, and this is the world you will live in. You must be effective working independently and with a team.
Minimal travel required, typically once per quarter.

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
We are looking for someone who has been around web-based, multi-tiered systems. However, previous exposure is expected to be successful in this realm.
