Senior Network Engineer - Remote - US

TTEC Digital is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our Cisco Interactions Experience team. This is a remote, telecommute role located in the US. What you'll be doing: The ideal candidate will leverage their design, architecture, implementation, support and administration experience to improve and expand our cloud based solution. This is an excellent career opportunity for individuals with a network focused architecture background who would like to step into collaboration solutions in a hosted environment. What you'll bring to us: Design and implement advanced service provider network solution to support customer segmentation on a virtualized cloud platform. Work with storage and virtualization team to ensure the underlying network can support future growth and security. Maintain existing platform and mentor junior resources. Train support resources for day 2 support and operations Owns the process to establish network connectivity with new customers using a variety of network connectivity methods. Provides technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to support complex network issues Communicate effectively with large enterprise customers and small businesses. Interact with Security and Compliance teams to ensure solution conforms to corporate standards and security best practices. What skills you'll need: 7 years experience in network design, implementation support, and security of complex LAN/WAN environments carrying VoIP and data. 3 to 5 years carrier network architecture experience. Advanced troubleshooting and support experience of network solutions that include: Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, Cisco UCS Servers, Cisco ASA 5500 Series, VMware, EMC Storage platform, multiple network carriers, and Voice Over IP. Experience with Cisco Nexus switches and UCS infrastructure Experience with QOS and network virtualization Cisco ACI Cisco SD-WAN Cisco Firepower Firewall and IPS Platforms CCNA is required CCIE is a plus Ability to obtain a government security clearance Who we are TTEC is a leading global customer experience technology and services company focused on the design, implementation and delivery of transformative customer experience for many of the world's most iconic and disruptive brands. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $115,000 - $165,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
