Description

The Senior Digital Portfolio Manager supports the Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) cross-functional team to ensure the strategic direction of the CenterWell Pharmacy digital product portfolio(s) are managed, prioritized, and operationalized to meet ongoing CenterWell Pharmacy digital product team’s strategic plans, roadmaps, and overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

The Senior Digital Portfolio Manager’s key responsibilities include:

  • Demand Management: focused on CenterWell Pharmacy digital product’s intake process to review, evaluate, and prioritize new requests against current portfolio’s backlog.
  • Portfolio Management: responsible for continually assessing and measuring active work in the portfolio to help ensure discovery/product teams are optimized in fulfilling the highest customer/business priorities. Supports portfolio review syncs to provide stakeholders, digital product, and cross-functional teams with ongoing visibility into how the digital portfolio is progressing toward meeting business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Pipeline Strategy: serves as a knowledgeable partner for CenterWell Pharmacy’s digital product strategy and helps connect the digital portfolio to business operations, shared services, and technology together. Actively participates in strategic planning efforts to represent the current state of the digital portfolio and provides critical input for consideration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of health plan, digital product management, and/or portfolio management experience.
  • Experience leading and managing product portfolios through an agile framework (SAFe, etc.).
  • Experience working in large organizations in matrixed environments and cross-functional team settings through ambiguous situations with minimal direction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a magnitude of audiences and diverse stakeholders. Can produce executive-level presentations and clearly measure/report on outcomes of the portfolio.
  • Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible portfolios, or programs with accountability for outcomes of multiple cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive management.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office 365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience in Portfolio/Project Management (PPM) & Virtual Whiteboarding tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, aha!, Monday.com, Miro, Mural, etc).

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other Advanced Degree
  • SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), SAFe Agilist, and/or SAFe Program Consultant certification.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the Digital Pharmacy and/or E-commerce landscape and health care and/or health plan web/mobile product management.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Bi, Power Apps).

  • Location: Remote Nationwide
  • Hours: Must have some flexibility to work EST hours as needed
  • Travel: Minimal, 1x per quarter or less
  • Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.
