Senior Communications Manager

Axuall is looking for a Senior Communications Manager who will lead the creation of Axuall’s voice in the marketplace and thought leadership development to position Axuall as the thought leader in healthcare workforce optimization.

What You’ll Do

  • Serves as leader, thought partner and main source for company voice, pertaining to market positioning and corporate style
  • Sets direction and manages evolution of the company mission and vision, while maintaining brand guidelines to uphold market position
  • Manages company style guidelines; serves as copy chief for all client-facing and market-oriented written materials
  • Supports marketing leaders’ tactics and modalities to amplify brand awareness, through thought leadership and sales enablement content
  • Leads all writing efforts and staff through the conceptualization, drafting, editing, and delivery stages
  • Helps manage pertinent social media efforts; from planning through execution
  • Meets and aligns with company leadership to shape and sharpen professional voices
  • Assists in promoting the company presence at industry trade shows, events and public forums
  • Provides Sales team members with the technical and solution-based marketing materials and talking points
  • Fosters thought leadership efforts, from speakerships to byline industry publications
  • Hones Marketing efforts to highlight and showcase key client successes; ushers testimonial process for wider company reputation among users

Qualifications

  • Experienced copywriter/editor/storyteller (5+ years)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strategic thinker
  • Narrative development experience
  • Buyer persona experience
  • Healthcare communications experience preferred (5+ years)
  • Product marketing experience also preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Technical competence and an aptitude for learning new systems
  • You’re resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
  • Exceptionally detail oriented
  • Able to work both individually and collaboratively within a team environment
