A company on a mission to use modern technology, to provide individuals with culturally inclusive support for all races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other social factors is on the lookout for a founding Senior Backend Engineer.

Description

Your role will be a crucial part of building the system, that enables coaches to provide care to their members. It is a mobile first web application that staff uses for all aspects of management, outreach, program enrollment, and more. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing the services, APIs, and database objects to support the system. You'll work with the design, product, and engineering teams.

Profile

  • Design and implement solutions that support the users
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to build world-class products
  • Write automated tests that ensure our systems work as designed
  • Participate in code reviews and processes that benefit the team
  • Mentor and coach junior developers
