Senior Analyst, Client Analytics (Remote)

Position Summary: Our Client Analytics team is growing and is looking to hire a Senior Analyst that will provide consultation to our largest customers on ways to achieve superior claims results. In this role, your leadership will focus on four key areas of emphasis: Designing and executing client studies analyzing claim trends relative to both historical experience and relevant benchmarks. Packaging insights for polished presentation to the client Identifying program improvement opportunities for clients through the execution of analytical stories with quantified impact Actively participating in client meetings relative to program performance Demonstrating superior outcomes that have resulted from work performed This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US. Additional Responsibilities: Oversees the generation of custom analyses, identifying distinct areas of opportunity for clients, along with specific recommendations to capitalize on those opportunities Proactively monitors key performance indicators and identifies how to intervene when appropriate Develops custom reports and dashboards based on client specifications Creates highly polished presentations for clients as required Tasked with solving problems of moderate to high complexity Conducts primary and/or secondary research to identify required data to solve a given business question Drafts white papers on trends that impact the insurance or workers compensation industries Oversees build-out of tools/technology corresponding to above responsibilities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 4 or more years of experience with quantitative analysis on insurance and/or claims Ideally commercial auto liability claims Proficient with Excel, SQL and PowerPoint Ideally experienced in advanced analytics tools like R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role or working with senior management Willingness to travel up to 20% Work Traits: Critical Thinking, Leadership, Comfortable presenting in front of clients and senior management, Complex Problem Solving, Deductive Reasoning, Mathematical Reasoning, Excellent Judgment & Decision Making skills, and Excellent Communication Skills U.S. Eligibility Requirements: Interested candidates must submit an application and resume/CV online to be considered Are you 18 years of age or older or can you demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract?
