Define workflows & functional requirements to develop & integrate multiple technologies w/salesforceplatform. Responsible for overall functioning of company's Salesforce existing implementation as well as continuous improvement for all user groups, define application metrics, reports, dashboards, data mapping & other integration requirements. Develop practical solutions & methodologies; develop point-of-view, delivery methodologies, etc. as related to SFDC. Review code to ensure requirement coverage & adherence to best practices. Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM & sales operations Required Skills & Experience Must possess at least a bachelor's or it's equivalent in CS, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and at least 9 years of prior work exp. in Salesforce CRM. In the alternative, at least a master's or its Equiv. in CS, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field and at least 7 years of prior work exp. in Salesforce CRM.
