ABOUT THE JOB

As the Kanopi Studios Sales Coordinator, you will be working directly with the Sales Team, Sales Manager, other members of the Management Team, as well as the CEO. The Sales Coordinator’s main priority will be proactively supporting the sales department with all leads (new, existing, and current clients) as they travel through the sales funnel. This support includes anticipating the sales team’s needs, managing sales opportunity timelines, sending timely reminders to appropriate team members, ensuring that the sales team has easy and efficient access to client records and assets, as well as the preparation of Kanopi sales assets for punctual client delivery. Your typical work week might include:

  • Intake of all new leads into the sales funnel.
  • Monitoring the status of all existing leads and opportunities to ensure all timelines are met.
  • Managing & supporting the RFP response process through to contracting to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Creation and management of all sales assets (i.e. proposals, presentations, contracts, etc.)
  • Researching, creating, and/or updating contacts in HubSpot.
  • Supporting Project Managers to ensure that current client opportunities and renewals are managed/closed promptly.
  • Support task management for the Sales Team.
  • Tracking key details of opportunities and managing data entry for monthly reporting.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all sales assets (creation of templates/editing of templates).
  • Assisting in the overall process of making the company awesome by building repeatable patterns for success and happiness.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team on process development and documentation to help with the efficiency and sustainability of the department.

Requirements

This is a full-time position. The salary range for this position is $44,600 – $58,900 – the range is broad, but it is commensurate with experience, aligned with current members of our team with similar experience, and may shift a bit depending on your geographic location. This is a 100% remote role, but you must live and be able to work in the US or Canada.
