Remote Senior Application Security Engineer / TV Streaming

Open Senior Application Security Engineering role at major streaming company. The role will be full-time and full remote now and forever. The company has tens millions of active monthly users and a vast library of live content, providing an exciting space for talented engineers to apply their skills. They are looking for someone with Application Security Testing Tools like SAST and DAST, AWS architecture experience, and strong App Sec security experience. The role will include designing and developing scalable security automation tools, SAST and DAST, driving container security, and running some pen testing exercises. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of technical experience with at least 3 years of experience in Application Security. 2+ years of scripting experience. Experience with Application Security Testing Tools such as SAST and DAST. Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and other Secure Development Life Cycle practices. Familiarity with AWS architecture/ecosystem. Code review experience Container security experience Experience automating services/tools Desired Skills & Experience Experience with Kubernetes and AWS EKS Familiarity with how containers work and how to secure containers. One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, GWAPT, GPEN, CEH, CSSLP, and Sec+. Experience conducting threat modeling sessions with developers Experience creating training materials for developers.
