Remote Call Center Rep

Volt is hiring a Customer service representative for a local leading organization in Albuquerque.
As a Customer Service Representative you will:

• Take inbound calls from members with questions or issues that need resolved
• Provide top notch service to the members to resolve their issues
• Utilize the computer system to get answers and document calls
• Work from home in a private area with no distractions or loud noise

Customer Service Representatives must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum six months experience in a relatable position
• Strong computer skills, the ability to navigate multiple screens and windows.
• Although the position would be remote you will be required to report to the office on the first day for orientation and equipment pick up.
• Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision
• You must have high speed internet at your home.
• You must have a private space to work from at home that is free of noise, distractions.
• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements.

This is a Full time Temp to hire position
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. This however could change and include some weekend or holiday hours later on.
Pay for this position is $15.45 per hour

• Customer Service Rep
• Retention Agent
• Medical Billing
• Claims Services
