Title: Quality Reporting Data Analyst
We are actively recruiting for a Quality Reporting Analyst to join our growing Aledade Performance team. The Quality Reporting Analyst will play a critical role ensuring practice and ACO success in our Medicare Advantage and commercial contracts with a focus on quality measure performance. Reporting to the Director, Quality Reporting this role will utilize analytical knowledge to effectively support the strategic and operational activities of the quality reporting team. In addition, the Analyst will contribute and drive different activities with Aledade’s quality reporting team, payer and practice partners to achieve mutually defined goals. The Analyst must be detail-oriented, service-oriented, and possess comprehensive understanding of data analytics practices and processes.
We are looking for individuals who genuinely believe that Aledade’s model of physician-led ACO’s can improve quality and lower cost. This role can be based out of Bethesda, MD or work remotely within the US.
Your footprint:
- Receive training on payer-specific quality programs and become familiar with practice workflows for addressing quality measures; familiarity with HEDIS/Stars quality measures is a plus
- Develop and produce reports or dashboards to monitor productivity, report on Objectives and Key Results, and trend department data
- Utilize automated software tools to reduce manual reporting, create data visualizations, and improve analytics for the team.
- Perform analysis using disparate data sets, PHI, practice EHR and payer data
- Facilitate communication amongst key stakeholders
- Support preparation for external calls and meetings
In addition to these duties the Quality Reporting Analyst will also take part in the Analyst Program by:
- Attending professional development meetings where you will hear from leaders across the company and touch base with other Analysts
- Gaining exposure to senior executives and industry leaders
- Developing expertise in areas including healthcare policy, programming languages, business operations, Medicare, and commercial payer contracts and clinical workflows
- Having the opportunity to attend relevant events and trainings in the healthcare field
What we value:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
- 1+ years of relevant work and / or internship experience. Healthcare, managed care, or payer experience is desired, but not required.
- Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool and comfortable with formulas and creating pivot tables
- Experience using Tableau or PowerBI is a plus
- Familiarity with monitoring, tracking, and trending large datasets
