Locations: VA - McLean, United States of America, McLean, Virginia Project Manager, Principal Associate - CML Card Segment Product Team (Remote-Eligible) Capital One is open to hiring a Remote Employee for this opportunity The Commercial Card Segment Product team is looking for a strong Project Manager eager to problem solve and to help build and grow our Business Cards & Payments business. Our team is developing best-in-class products. You will partner with product managers, designers, engineers, salespeople, customer service agents, and many others to ensure product and customer success. Electronic Payments is the fastest growing segment within Commercial Card. We are re-thinking the way companies pay their suppliers, and we are formulating market-leading products to win in this space. Responsibilities will include: Serve as the primary point of contact for a high value strategic client providing support for: Technical product support Facilitate responses for general inquiries and service requests Develop and share key client level insights Become a subject matter expert on our products, both from a front-end and back-end perspective Partner with customer support agents to understand product & customer issues and ultimately drive to resolution in a well-managed process. Partner with software engineers to dive deep into more challenging product issues. Make training recommendations and own the creation of training materials to address knowledge gaps within partner teams. Lead the relationship with external vendors, and manage product enhancement requests and integration. Aggregate customer feedback and recommend product enhancements to improve the overall customer's experience. You bring solutions to the table not just problems and are not afraid to point out where we are going wrong Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or military experience At least 4 years of Project Management or at least 4 years of Process Management experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering. At least 6 years of Project Management or Process Management Basic knowledge of how to query logs on Splunk and using SQL. Basic knowledge of how web applications work (APIs, UI, etc.). The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Location is New York City $114,766 and $135,398 for Principal Project Manager Location is Colorado $97,277 and $114,765 for Principal Project Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
