Welcome to Product Management at DICK’S Sporting Goods, where we specialize in delivering retail excellence along every aspect of the customer journey.

We are looking for a new team member to join our technology team, partnering with product teams to bring product-market viability ideas that inspire, innovate and deliver elevated experiences for our customers and products.
As a Product Analyst in the Foundation Portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in our cloud strategy, focusing on modernizing and migrating existing on-premises services as well as ensuring successful management of existing Cloud services. Much of your work will involve moving workloads from Pivotal Cloud Foundry to Azure Kubernetes Service. Your responsibilities include collaborating with product teams to understand their product roadmap and requirements while also facilitating modernization and maintenance commitments for dependent services.
Your role also involves analyzing and advising on existing license agreements and service contracts to optimize operational costs and ensure scalability. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, balancing the expansion of our cloud capabilities with the practicalities of support and resource management.
The position requires a solid understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services and a commitment to obtaining relevant technical certifications. Ideal candidates should have a growth mindset, a strong interest in Cloud technologies, and the drive to evolve into an influential product leader
As a Product Analyst I, you will work closely with product managers, product designers and software engineers to deliver products and services that align to strategic priorities as well as achieve product-market fit. You will be an active participant in the organization and deliver high-quality products through the following:
Analytical Services
As a Product Analyst I, you will support strategic analytic services in partnership with technology and business teammates. You will work within a portfolio domain and function to develop an in-depth understanding of the business, processes, services and operations.
Data Steward
Where appropriate, you will act as a technical data steward for priority data domains where you will support efforts in documenting data definitions and key business metric calculations. This role is a critical enabler to ensuring the data moving through the system is governed and accurate within data domains.
Technical Requirements
The Product Analyst I role partners closely with product managers to understand the strategic vision and roadmap of a product. You will work with the product manager on your team to identify and document technical specifications for product development. You will work with software engineering, data engineering and architecture to determine how to develop the solution to meet the product and customer expectations. As part of the team, you are accountable to partner with software engineering and product management on the testing and acceptance of technical requirements before shipping to production.
Operations Support
You will support maintenance and efficiency procedures, monitor product health and stability, gather system statistics and troubleshoot reported errors. Working back with the product team to ensure prioritization and resolution as quickly as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Targeted Pay Range: $67,100 – $109,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
