California Closets is looking for an inspired Paid Media Specialist to oversee the day-to-day planning, management, performance analysis, and reporting for paid social and top-of-funnel digital marketing campaigns.

In this role, you will collaborate with the brand’s digital agencies, as well as internal stakeholders, to drive paid media strategies that support the company’s business objectives. Working with the larger marketing team, you’ll ensure that California Closets’ social media paid content is cohesively presented and accurately positioned across all social media digital channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other awareness channels to drive brand awareness drives engagement, and increase site traffic and audience following
  • Use Google Analytics and collaborate with Digital Marketing Team to develop insights to drive improvements
  • Produce and report on business unit metrics relevant to traffic, monetization, and conversion quality
  • Coordinate asset development with the Creative Team and distribute assets to Agency Partners.
  • Collaborate with Organic Social Media Team to plan and execute effective creative activations
  • Assist in expansion to additional social media advertising platforms (Reddit, etc.)
  • Partner with our Influencer Marketing Team to collaborate on boosted influencer campaigns

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ Years of Experience in Facebook/Instagram Ads Required
  • Bonus: Experience in Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Comprehensive understanding of paid social media ad auctions, general advertising ecosystems, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven track record in managing successful paid social campaigns, ideally with a revenue/CPA goal
  • Proven analytical skills of key digital campaign performance metrics
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to successfully meet deadlines in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Location: Fully remote; MUST reside in the U.S.
  • Hours: PST hours
  • Travel requirements: Up to 10% at the most
