Organization Change Management Lead

Position Summary:
Bentley is embarking on a transformational journey to modernize sales, marketing, integration, and ERP platforms to upscale our user experience and processes across the enterprise. The Business Applications team is focused on partnering with their stakeholders to deliver world-class enterprise applications, focused on streamlining our processes and user experience.
To compliment this effort, the team is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to work across the organization to create and implement change management strategy and execute change plans. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, optimizing, and implementing change management throughout an organization’s business and technology landscape. They will have demonstrated success in developing and optimizing change management processes, organizational readiness, and managing the adoption of new business processes and technology.
