Their blockchain technology is hashgraph based but works openly to allow nodes to communicate with each other within the network to process transactions quicker (10000 transactions per second). They are hiring a back end engineer to work fully remote with Java start up experience and someone who has developed from end to end. This engineer will build the database on top of their blockchain network.
