New Ventures Lead, Practice Business Analytics (Remote)

We are looking for an ambitious candidate to join Aledade's growing New Ventures team as a lead on our Practice Business Analytics product. Reporting to the Director of New Ventures, this individual will assist in building and scaling products and services that use Aledade's industry-leading data set to help our partner practices improve their short term financial health, and chart a long term strategy for growth. This will be a remote position from anywhere within the US, with the option to work from our Bethesda, MD or Durham, NC offices. As a New Ventures Lead you will be responsible for: Conducting market research, including interviewing subject matter experts and potential customers to refine the overarching business opportunity and product hypothesis Developing specific growth opportunities including market evaluation, problem and opportunity definition, evaluation, and business plan development Designing and building go-to-market tests for new offerings, including defining stakeholder needs, minimum viable product, pricing model, and value proposition Prioritizing initiatives based on TAM, unit economics, and strategic fit Partnering with business intelligence and impact analytics teams on data insights needed to validate business case inputs and to monitor ongoing outcomes Working with data engineering teams to ensure we have the reporting infrastructure necessary to provide accurate and actionable insights to practices on their short and long term financial health Evaluating new service offerings and provide insights on building internally or outsourcing to external vendors Establishing and formalizing processes and tech product needs to manage and scale new service offerings, including coordination with or handoff to other Aledade teams Managing relationships with external vendors, consultants and other stakeholders Creating ad hoc analyses to support decision-making Qualifications: Master's degree in business, finance, economics, health policy, or other related field or equivalent work experience required 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in health care strategy/operations, or in valuation of healthcare companies Strong quantitative and analytic modeling experience, skills, and references Strong preference for those with experience working with healthcare data and claims/billing processes Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong skills using Excel and PowerPoint/slide creation. Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around prioritization and potential blockers to drive assigned tasks forward. Self-starter who is able to take initiative and ownership, with demonstrated success managing multiple projects Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high level of autonomy. Collaborative team player with a roll-up your sleeves mentality. Detail-oriented and self-motivated to produce work that meets high standards.
