Mid-Senior UX Designer/HR Software/100% Remote

This company is a national organizational consulting firm. Essentially they work with companies of all sizes to optimize their operations, grow staff, and increase employee satisfaction. They have over 100 offices in 53 companies and are continuing to grow. This is a fully remote long-term contract-to-hire opportunity. Right now, they're looking for a UX Designer to join a team building out a critical SaaS platform. This will be used by internal recruiters to engage with candidates, track hiring trends and metrics, and ensure they hit their aggressive expansion goals. This position will focus heavily on design including creating wireframes and prototypes, user flows and journey maps. The ideal candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment being involved in various projects at one time and may be hopping in on a project that's at varied stages of their design process.
