The Marketing Operations and Insights Senior Manager role will help us in our mission by reporting, analyzing and managing the performance of critical initiatives that help grow and scale our business. Your role will be dynamic and fast-paced and will require working collaboratively across the marketing function to oversee high-impact program deployment through comprehensive performance reporting. This person will be instrumental in the future of the function and provide insights to stakeholders to prove value, shape future campaigns and inform overall marketing strategy.
If you are adept at hard analytical and soft people skills, and able to adapt to rapidly changing business needs, then this job can provide a great deal of personal satisfaction. Strengths in business process assessment, project management, measurement and re-engineering are key, as is the ability to leverage technology to implement business solutions. This is a “roll up your sleeves” organizational role; the successful candidate is expected to perform all functions from administrative processing to supporting and leading strategic change initiatives within marketing.
