Position Description
Job Summary
Driving an innovative approach to people technology, operations and insights to help grow and retain our talent and deliver key business results. Responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of people technology programs across the organization to support an inclusive culture where all can thrive. This position leads the Talent Process and Systems teams to successful outcomes by identifying, implementing, enhancing, and maintaining HCM (human capital management) processes and systems to meet organizational needs in a cost-effective manner. Works with business units and forms alliances on projects to optimize talent solutions and continuously improve related services. Works closely with leadership and key stakeholders to identify, recommend, and develop analytics solutions to deliver essential information for data-driven decision making.
Building and leading a people operations function to enable better support for our workforce and to free up capacity for the people team to operate more strategically in partnership with business leaders.
Major Responsibilities
- Identifies opportunities for information systems and technologies to improve business processes, gain operational efficiencies, and reduce costs
- Provides management oversight and technical expertise to projects that establish and update People strategy applications and technical infrastructure. Utilizes industry and technology trends, best practices and standards to minimize risk and optimize spend.
- Collaborates with Digital Solutions for development, support, integration, and security of talent systems and data.
- Builds new System Administration strategy and change management model to ensure systems are up to date with releases, healthy and maintained in partnership with Digital Solutions.
- Creates strategic and operational metrics for leadership to aid in data-based decision making and people related insights.
- Drive new reporting model to ensure key stakeholders understand and have the right visibility to data to drive new self-service reporting model & digital capabilities across organization.
- Develop a strategic organizational workforce plan to ensure that the talent needs of today are met and predict and meet the talent needs of the future. Creating a right talent, right place, right time approach to drive business. Use detailed workforce analytics and trend analysis to accurately forecast and address future needs and gaps.
- In consultation with the CPO, continue to design new People Operations Support Model, integrating best practices/trends and performing analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing talent processes and people programs.
- Design effective engagement strategies with a focus on retention of high performers, high potentials, and key contributors.
- Provide operational support to leadership on visibility to performance management, organizational development, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and compensation planning through reporting & key operational processes.
- Implement service delivery tools and models with operational leaders within IT, Finance, etc to ensure HR issues are optimized and resolved efficiently
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset and leverage and serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to colleagues in HR and company leaders to drive operational excellence for talent lifecycle experience.
- Innovate and challenge current norms to drive change in the organization and work with people at various organizational levels.
Position Requirements
Formal Knowledge
- 10+years of progressive experience HR Technology and Processes, or a related Human Resources field
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. Master’s degree a plus.

- Leadership skills demonstrating the ability to successfully work within all levels of the organization
- Operational excellence to design and deliver talent technology processes
- Experience with design and implementation of common HR digital systems and tools
- Strategic approach with the focus on the future
- Proven knowledge and experience using talent tools such as ADP and Workday
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence across the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in working with a wide range of team members demonstrating highly effective interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills and ability to remain highly motivated in changing circumstances.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
- Strong technology competency with performance management systems and Microsoft Office 365 including MS Teams.
- Able to operate in a team environment that holds individuals accountable for results
Special Mental or Physical Demands
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
- Travel required approximately 5% or more
The expected starting rate is $150,000 – $190,000 annually with an additional targeted 10% incentive bonus based on performance. The final candidate’s relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
