Learning Program Manager

The Learning Business Partner will leverage their strategic mindset to interface with the business and assess business/learning requests. They will have experience with building business cases, applying adult learning theory and industry leading training practices, and a strong program management and consultative background. This role will enable alignment and partnership with the business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex training needs assessments for employees, including root-cause analysis to understand performance gaps.
  • Consult with business partners to understand the strategic business roadmap, and recommend training solutions based on identified needs.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with business partners to scope requested learning needs.
  • Provide on-going analysis of learning programs across a broad spectrum of positions.
  • Prioritize learning needs by leveraging business analysis and ROI projections.
  • Communicate priorities and timelines to training team and stakeholders.
  • Communicate information to the appropriate team clearly so that training requests are easily consumable and efficiently transitioned.
  • Develop measurement roadmap and communicate with analysts to ensure consistent measurement & evaluation is occurring within learning workstreams.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite and related project management products is required.
  • Great time and self-management skills to work independently and be able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and communication skills and full professional fluency in English.
  • Ability to work effectively with virtual teams and accommodate time differences.
  • Workday may often be spent engaging in repetitious duties like lifting (up to 25 pounds), bending, and standing.
  • Ability to work on computers, sit, and reach a screen for up to 8 hours per day ability to travel up to 50% of time.
