Lead Frontend Engineer- Roundel(Remote Or Hybrid)

Our team is building a brand new, greenfield campaign management web app. This tool will be a key backbone to Roundel's campaign system. With the amount of critical pieces needed to run something like this, you can imagine the complex problems we are solving. With our teams dedicated design and product experts, we control our features and our releases. We also have complete UX autonomy. As a frontend engineer working on this project, you will be getting in at the ground level on project which has an enormous growth future ahead of it.

About you:

• Passionate about the frontend, especially about JavaScript

• Fluent in CSS

• Have experience with React and Redux

• Have 4+ years of professional history developing interactive frontend web-apps

• Have 7+ years of software development experience with at least one full cycle implementation

• Enjoy mentoring junior engineers

• Dedicated to building both a great visual and highly accessible experience

• Enjoy direct collaboration with UX and Product experts

• Consider staying current with frontend trends to be a positive

Extra points if you have:

• A four-year computer science, web development or equivalent degree

• Used Next.JS, React Query, GraphQL

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• While you won't be responsible for it, Mongo and Java knowledge

• Familiarity with AdTech

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target. The salary range is :$105,800.00 USD - $190,400.00 USD.
