About the Role:

Augmedix is searching for a skilled Junior QA Engineer to enhance support for several of our products. As a Junior QA Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic Quality Assurance team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge healthcare applications that redefine industry standards. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within QA and other engineering disciplines. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on test planning and execution with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium
  • Integrate automated tests seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins
  • Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for optimized testing environments
  • Conduct API and UI testing to ensure software functionality and user experience
  • Contribute to mobile automation (Appium) for iOS and Android applications
  • Demonstrate understanding of SDLC and align testing activities with project timelines

Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field OR Coding Bootcamp Certificate
  • Solid understanding of basics of Python programming.
  • Desire to learn and grow and find solutions to challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with API testing principles (Python or Postman).
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Mobile automation experience (Appium).
  • Experience with Selenium for web application testing.
  • Knowledge of Jenkins for continuous integration.
  • Cloud platform knowledge, preferably AWS and GCP.

$75,000 – $85,000 a year

Salary range is listed above. There are several factors that determine final pay for a position including location and experience. Total compensation will typically include salary + performance bonus + equity.
