Position description This position will work in a team environment and the focus will be on leading Technology Business Management (TBM). The position will work with subject matter experts in many areas of Information Technology. Responsibilities/Duties include but not limited to leading staff in regards to: General: + Implementation of the TBM framework + Facilitate introduction to TBM/Allocation Methodology/Monthly TBM Cost Reviews with Organizational Owners, Service Owners, Leadership + Facilitate the allocation methodology to towers and solutions + Define requirements and gather data + Determine metrics and report monthly + Serve as technical point of contact for managers, resolve technical and data quality issues + Partner with Service and Application Owners and functional lines of business to understand needs and refine strategic TBM roadmap + Establish monthly operational processes by providing recommendations and improving reporting. Data: + Standard and Ad-Hoc data analysis and reporting for TBM teams + Develop TBM data quality improvement plans based on material impact and complexity of change + Operationalize data loading, validation, and reviewing on a timely basis Reporting: + Conduct data quality reviews and work with source data owners and identify opportunities to clean data, improve data structures, or improve data management policies and procedures + Present information and reports to data owners and technology partners for data quality improvement and data load automation + Develop standard TBM IT cost transparency reports based that provide metrics that enable value-driven conversations and actions. Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration and 7 years technology or business administration experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 9 years technology or business administration experience, OR Associates degree in Business Administration and 11 years technology or business administration experience. Other qualifications: Preferred Bachelor's degree would be in Information Technology, Business Management or related field. Additional qualifications Excellent communication, organization, problem solving and facilitation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution. Demonstrated history of continuing education in personnel and administrative processes. Strong understanding of financial concepts, business process, continuous improvement and organizational development. Experience working in healthcare technology. Experience with committee and consensus driven organizations. Experience in Accounting, Vendor Relations and Project Management. License or certification One or more of the following: Accounting certification, Quality Assurance certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, portfolio management or business certification from a nationally-recognized governance body or accredited collegiate program preferred.
