About the Team:

GOAT is looking for anInstructional Designer to join our Customer Experience(CX) Training Department to design, develop and maintain instructional training material. This includes but is not limited to; Instructor-led, self-paced web-based, virtual learning, and E-learning. This person will regularly work with Subject Matter Experts in various departments(HR, CX, Authentication, Fraud, QA, LMS Admin, Trainer Delivery etc.) to collaborate on learning programs, plans, modules, eta, to create and maintain training for varying teams and levels within GOAT and our partners. May also be responsible for graphic design, branding, and support of multimedia learning solutions. We are looking for someone who has great communication skills and is able to drive results by working with other teams and departments. Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, critical thinking, creative problem solving, and flexibility are keys to success in this role.

In this role you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain eLearning and instructor-led training and work in a variety of mediums including print, webinars, classroom guides, eLearning, and video to develop materials that are interactive, appealing, and useful for your target audience
  • Research, interview, and collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other key stakeholders for scoping, review, and approval of projects
  • Performs analysis to identify appropriate training resources and procedures
  • Uses a systematic design process and support tools to select appropriate media to develop storyboards, job aids, scripts, and instructor-led as well as self-paced materials
  • Effectively leverage data/analytics to make decisions on performance, effectiveness, engagement, etc, and provide recommendations
  • Regularly observe facilitation to provide feedback and recommendations on improvements
  • Facilitate group and individual training sessions as needed to support CX departments
  • Willingness to flex to other assignments and duties as needed

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, Marketing, Communications, Business; or two years equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of course and curriculum instructional design experience; portfolio or work examples required
  • Experience in design and multimedia software including Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, basic HTML, Google Suite, or equivalent
  • Familiarity in designing and developing eLearning, multimedia, and other computer-based training in a short amount of time, ideally within a corporate training environment
  • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and managers
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven project management experience and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Applied knowledge of measurement and program evaluation
  • Experience training/teaching in a classroom environment is a plus, but not required
  • A hard-working individual that thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment
