About the Work:
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist who is responsible for ensuring a successful HCN partner implementation through helping to coordinate project management and execution. Implementation Specialists play a critical role in setting partners, Care Professionals, clients, and the Field Ops team up for a successful start working together. This position reports directly to an Implementation Senior Manager.
Please note, this role requires travel 25% of the time

Ensuring successful client and caregiver onboarding
Managing partner relationships
Partnering across Honor to deliver a seamless experience
About you:
The team needs a highly organized and quick, curious learner who is able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment and discern when to escalate an issue or ask for help. This role may be a great fit if you have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with members at all levels of an organization and agency partners, clients, and caregivers.

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.
Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program. Honor offers equity and 401K with up to a 4% match. We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees. Honor is remote friendly! We’re hiring across the U.S., with an entirely virtual interview and onboarding process. Most of our positions are remote/work from home and do not require permanent relocation. As conditions allow, we have office space for in-person collaboration in our San Francisco Bay Area, CA and Austin, TX hubs.
