SALARY INFO

The Sr. Software Engineer role spans several internal levels, and a wide breadth of experience at Superhuman. Our compensation band reflects the potentially broad range of candidates and experience levels that we are open to hiring for this role.

Our starting salaries for this role range from $140,000 – $150,000. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options.

We are open to candidates in the US, Canada, or Latin America. We take a locally informed approach to non-US based compensation and will be able to share ranges based on your country of residence.

ROLE

• Develop amazing user experiences by building new features and improving existing ones
• Contribute in the product process: thinking through UX, designing beautiful UI, and connecting with customers to solve their problems
• Become an expert in iOS app development and expand your development experience across the stack and to other platforms including Android, web development, backend technologies
• Help estimate, plan and execute on projects, features, and integrations
• Support code quality, new technologies, and architectural design within the company
• Analyze and refine solutions for quality and performance
• Technologies we use: Swift, Javascript, ReactiveSwift, Realm, SQLite

• Experience: You have 5+ years of development experience in total. (4+ years in iOS)
• Expertise: You have a deep understanding of native iOS languages and technologies (Swift, Cocoa including UIKit, and Xcode).

• Problem solver: You excel at understanding and solving complex problems. You have astonishing attention to detail.
• Learning: You’re open to the best tool for the job. You are excited to learn new technologies.
