Stanford University is seeking a 6-month fixed term, part-time (50% FTE) Human Resources Assistant (Administrative Associate 2) to provide administrative support for our diverse population of employees in the Department of Medicine. We are seeking an individual who values a high level of customer service, has exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and is eager to continuously learn. The Department of Medicine Human Resources (HR) team oversees day-to-day HR services for over approximately 1800 employees in 16 divisions and a central operations unit. We are the first line of contact for employees, supervisors, and leadership within our department. The Human Resources Assistant will work under general supervision to support our dynamic team.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
High school diploma and three years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

WORK STANDARDS:
This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures. The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate. The expected pay range for this position is $44,000 to $77,000 per annum. The actual pay will be pro-rated based on the 50% FTE.
