Head of Marketing, Acuity Scheduling

Location: Remote, United States

We are looking to add a Marketing Director to our Acuity Scheduling business. Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company, allows users to schedule appointments directly on their website in a seamless way, taking away the administrative burden of their business so users can focus on what they love.

You will lead the marketing strategy for Acuity Scheduling as we reignite our brand and work toward our mission of building the best scheduling platform for small businesses. You will create customer communication strategies that strengthen our funnels, increase acquisition and growth, and build confidence in our brand.

You will report to the VP of Acuity & Payments and have the option of working remote (within the U.S.) or on-site (hybrid) at our NYC headquarters.

You’ll Get To

  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and prioritize growth strategies across Product and Marketing teams
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing on an integrated go-to-market strategy that aligns key initiatives and timelines
  • Use data analytics to identify KPIs and create testing plans that drive continuous improvements
  • Manage our marketing spend and track results against goals such as revenue, CAC, LTV, ROI, and other product strategies that improve acquisition, activation and retention
  • Develop an omni-channel growth strategy that optimizes existing channels and tests new channels
  • Analyze user behavior and site/channel performance to guide conversion funnel optimization
  • Build, test, and optimize landing pages and offers across marketing campaigns that deliver compelling content that excites and motivates our target audience.
  • Incorporate software and analytics tools to help us better understand our customer journey and optimize the path to purchase while improving marketing attribution incremental testing, marginal CAC analysis, and attribution model re-weighting.
  • Partner with product analytics, design, and UX research teams to create personalized customer experiences and lifecycle marketing strategies that support better user engagement and monetization

Who We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Proven experience in growing or transforming a brand or business in E-Commerce, B2B, and/or B2C environments
  • A self-starter and strategic leader who can gain alignment for and lead complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Expertise in using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform overall project prioritization and success
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) and using data to optimize campaign performance

Cash Compensation Range: $164,000 – $287,500 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
