Full Stack Engineer

Title: Full Stack Engineer (Remote – Part-time – Contract)

Location: USA-

About the Role

Rapptr Labs is looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing design and development agency that’s passionate about creating robust, quality applications and pipelines. You’ll work with our Clients, Designers, Product Managers, and other Engineers to create cutting-edge codebases for our clients’ diverse applications.

Responsibilities

+ Develop, maintain, and test high-quality code

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

+ Develop novel solutions collaborating with clients closely.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement by researching new technologies and sharing knowledge with the team.

Key Qualifications

+ 1-3 years experience with Python and Airflow

+ Experience with Image processing libraries like SimpleItk and scikit-image

+ Experience with 3d CloudVolumes and processing them

+ Familiarity with techniques like thresholding and different segmentations.

+ Ability to effectively communicate challenges and issues both verbally and written.

+ Ability to build and deploy docker images in linux environments.

+ Ability to pro-actively manage your time to ensure you’re maximizing your productivity for our clients

+ Alignment with Rapptr Labs’ core values, particularly embracing challenges and getting better every day.

+ Proven history of developing Python Airflow solutions preferably used by the general public

Bonus Qualifications

+ Experience working with previous development agencies.

+ Knowledge of medical terminology.

+ Knowledge anatomy.

+ Understand server configurations.

+ Experience with iOS, swift, and swiftUI.

+ Experience with Neuroglancer and webviews
