Title: Employee Onboarding Specialist

As GuidePoint Security grows, there is an increasing need to develop, instruct, and facilitate training for our new hires. This position will help maintain and facilitate development of the New Employee training in the Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, this position will serve as a point-of-contact for new hires, interns, and contractors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop courseware, including slide decks, assessments, videos, and training paths, as well as presenting/teaching new hires.
- Provide assistance to new hires as they progress through their first few weeks at GuidePoint including basic technical support.
- Oversee the scheduling of New Employee Onboarding sessions.
- Organize and assist with streamlining new hire process.
- Professionally present onboarding for new employees remotely.
- Ensure new hires receive proper tech equipment prior to their start date.
- Assist with basic support and computer setup and account access.
- Responsible for curriculum upgrades and regular reviews of course materials.
- Update courses/learning plans in the Learning Management System and create individual learning for participants.
- Collaborate across the entire organization to bring together training materials and receive feedback on current courseware.
- Assist with employee engagement surveys feedback.
Experience Requirements:
- Self-motivated individual, willing to learn and operate in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Ability to understand and collaborate with audiences ranging across technical fields.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various levels ranging from interns to executives.
- Experience onboarding new employees and interfacing with potential hires.
- Technical experience with security and operational use cases is desired.
- Experience teaching or developing courseware is desired.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, Articulate, iMovie, Docebo, and Kahoot!
- Strong grammar skills.
- Must be comfortable presenting remotely.
