Job Description

The eCommerce Content Manager will support Kimberly-Clark Professional’s strategic business plan and “must-win” focus on eCommerce growth. You will also help create content that improves the speed and ease of making a buying decision online, is SEO friendly, and addresses the most common knowledge gaps or areas of frustration for customers.

  • Serve as primary contact for eCommerce with Top Tier Distributors.
  • Work with Sales and Distributors to identify search methodology.
  • Monitor and report on the competitor landscape of search rankings for Distributor sites.
  • Validate distributor template and file format requirements.
  • Re-format content as needed for uploads.
  • Verify sent content has been loaded correctly.
  • Assist marketing and sales with Product Assortment and Content questions.

The successful candidate will join the KCP North America eCommerce Team and report to the Senior Global Product Content & Data Manager.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, or other related field.
  • 3-5 years of eCommerce, Search Optimization and/or data management experience.
  • Previous experience with Content Management Systems and large data sets is required.
  • Advanced expertise with Excel functions.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Some knowledge of and/or basic understanding of web-based layout/design programs.
  • Creative thinking, problem solving, and the ability to innovate.
  • Exhibits flexibility, open-mindedness, and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Personal interest in eCommerce and data management.
