Director, Rebate Strategy- REMOTE

Job Posting Title Director, Rebate Strategy- REMOTE Job Description Summary Member of the Pharmacy Rebate Management leadership team, responsible for oversight and direction of quality procedures for implementations and operations for the department. Responsibilities include ownership of rebate data, customer reporting, oversight of documented policies and procedures, performance guarantee tracking, integration of quality improvement processes and compliance oversight. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Job Description + Build and maintain expert level knowledge of rebate-related business requirements including contractual service level agreements, performance guarantees, and legislative mandates. + Serve as liaison with Pharmacy Account Management to ensure that needs are met for internal and external rebate data, reporting, and analytics. + Work directly with government clients, as needed, to provide rebate expertise and assist with resolving problems. + Work directly with drug manufacturers/labelers, as needed, to provide rebate expertise and assist with resolving problems. + Collaborate with Business Intelligence team and technical teams to ensure data, reporting, and systems needs are being met. + Work with internal Operations staff to solve problems related to invoicing, payment allocation, dispute management and reporting. + Working with Rebate leadership, sets priorities for improving operations based on performance indicators and quality improvement processes. + Expand the efficiency of the Rebate operations to maximize rebate collections for our clients and become the Best in Class in the industry by establishing high quality standards and practices. + Represent Magellan as an SME at industry and government conferences, as directed by Division General Manager. Responsibilities + Healthcare experience preferred. + Supervisory/Management experience preferred. + Pharmacy or PBM experience preferred. + Bachelor's degree required. + 7+ years of experience in program/project management. + 7+ years of experience in data and analytics. + 5+ years of experience in account/relationship management. + May consider an additional 4 years of experience in each area above in lieu of bachelor's degree.
