The Opportunity:

Flywire is seeking a Director of B2B Marketing to build and scale our go to market strategy and execution for our growing B2B vertical. If you are a hands-on, innovative marketer with a growth mindset and B2B experience, who can seamlessly drive strategy and execute, then read on!

Reporting to the CMO, you will come in to grow and scale the marketing strategy for our B2B team with a laser focus on driving pipeline, revenue upsell opportunities and expansion with our B2B clients. You’ll lead and execute on everything from events, campaigns, webinars, creating pitch decks, defining our go to market for all products and services in the vertical and develop integrated marketing plans. You’ll lead an incredible product marketing manager with the opportunity to grow the team over time. As a talented, global Growth team we work collaboratively and in squads, so you’ll also collaborate with your marketing partners, including RevOps, communications, brand and digital. Your key stakeholders and partners in strategy will be our fantastic B2B sales, client success and BDR teams.

In your first 12 months, your main areas of focus and priority will be:

  • Creating a predictable demand generation program to generate more top of funnel interest and engagement with qualified prospects
  • Developing a strategy for Partnership Marketing
  • Build client marketing programs to leverage our amazing clients for advocacy opportunities (case studies, content and more) and create increased adoption of Flywire’s products and services

What you’ll do to be successful in your role and create impact at Flywire:

  • Own our marketing driven pipeline efforts to support our B2B sales and BDR organization
  • You will own strategy and execution for all lead generation programs to drive awareness, engagement and acquisition across both new and targeted accounts in B2B. You’ll translate business needs into compelling and effective demand generation channels – whether that is content, events, webinars, paid or organic growth you know the most effective channels to use to meet the needs of the business. That could mean spinning up a Marketo campaign to drum up excitement with prospects, or finding the right partner to create a joint co-marketing strategy with.
  • Create and execute a partnership strategy (with both industry partners and channel partners) including co-marketing, co-selling, enablement, and Partnership events
  • Be responsible for weekly marketing reporting across lead generation, productivity and opportunity creation. You have a pulse each day on what is working and what isn’t and help to drive the direction of our B2B marketing programs
  • Partner with Business Development team on weekly lead generation programs, providing enablement, best practices in lead management as well as constantly refining the funnel, lead scoring and nurturing programs
  • You’ll develop new strategies to increase engagement and results across the marketing, sales, and customer journey to drive acquisition efforts, deepen engagement
  • Create a collaborative, highly motivational environment focused on high performance as a team.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to build tight feedback loops to optimize efforts across the funnel

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years in high growth B2B/SaaS with expertise in demand generation or revenue marketing and go to market execution
  • Experience communicating vision, strategy, marketing KPIs and forecasts to teammates and key stakeholders
  • Creativity and innovation building engagement programs that drive positive ROI across proven marketing channels (i.e, digital, events, webinars, co-marketing)
  • Willingness to work
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves to get work done while also collaborating and communicating with your marketing squad, B2B team and teammates
  • Proven track record in leading go to market and driving launches in new markets and offerings and know how to build a strategy to stand out in the crowd
  • Passion for learning from clients and prospects to understand their challenges and needs
  • A high sense of urgency and ownership! You are self-motivated, proactive, and a creative thinker with exceptional analytical and relationship skills; You work with and across many teams with ease, and are a doer who thinks strategically but acts tactically
  • Passion for leadership and growth. You take pride in the ongoing coaching and development and consistently look for ways to make everyone better at what they do. While you may start as a team of two, you’ve got the vision and leadership skills to build a world-class team
  • Results drive you! You know how to evaluate, prioritize, double down on, and eliminate marketing activities to improve the results of our efforts
