Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee digital campaign strategies and activities at Experian Data Quality (EDQ). We are a global leader in providing data quality software and services. We help our clients to proactively manage the quality of their data through world class validation, matching, enrichment, and profiling capabilities. With flexible SaaS and on-premise deployment models, Experian Data Quality software allows organizations around the world to truly connect with their customers by delivering intelligent interactions, every time.

What you’ll be doing

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the digital efforts of the marketing department and managing the digital SEO specialist. You will partner closely with Experian’s marketing leadership to create and implement multi-channel campaign strategies with focus on paid, organic, and social that will help bring new leads to the business and drive ROI. This role is a blend of strategy and creative, execution and rigorous measurement. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing and analytical skills, collaborate with external agencies, and optimize campaigns to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual program key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize paid search program to drive highly qualified leads to the business
  • Oversee and manage organic search program, led by the SEO specialist
  • Manage and develop the digital SEO specialist
  • Manage agency partner relationships to maximize impact
  • Translate business objectives into focused digital campaign efforts that achieve awareness, engagement, leads, and revenue KPIs
  • Establish and manage digital campaign budgets, tracking ROI to refine and inform future strategies
  • Design and partner with marketing peers to build reporting and dashboards
  • Maintain strong market intelligence, keeping up to date on digital marketing trends and competitive environment
  • Advocate for and drive visibility of marketing campaign strategies and digital performance across the Experian Data Quality organization
  • Additional marketing team projects as needed

Qualifications

What your background looks like

  • BS/MS in marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or related marketing role
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Experience with direct report(s) preferred
  • Team oriented with a positive attitude
  • Proven success in strategy, framework, development, and execution of multichannel digital campaigns
  • Experience in using Salesforce, 6sense, Eloqua and/or comparable marketing automation and CRM tools
