Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a strategic thinker and strong communicator who can develop and execute content strategy for digital marketing efforts that lead to more efficient and effective lead generation efforts.

You will educate and foster investors as they move through their online journey by improving page-level content, streamlining pathways and creating engagement opportunities.

  • Write data-informed content briefs and lead the creation of valuable, compelling digital content to attract a clearly defined audience and drive measurable action.
  • Use audience insights and journeys to create better user experiences.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with our brand vision and achieves business objectives.
  • Monitor the performance of content to ensure it is achieving its intended purpose and make recommendations to improve/optimize.
  • Participate in the development of testing strategies, including A/B and multi-variant testing.
  • Conduct content analysis/audits of competitors to benchmark content, identify best practices, uncover areas of opportunity and make content recommendations

Position Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, English or related degree required
  • 10 or more years of experience in communications or marketing, preferably financial services, showing increasing level of responsibility
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to explore different paths to achieve an outcome and adjust quickly and efficiently to new circumstances.
  • Experience in writing for different digital media, particularly website and social media.
  • Deep understanding of channel best practices, including, CMS, SEM, SEO, email, public websites and social media
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Use conceptual and creative thinking and collaborate with visual designers, user-experience designers, IS and video producers to produce compelling and cost-effective content.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and processes in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Effectively build strong relationships to influence and gain consensus at all levels, including executive.
  • Strong understanding of design principles with ability to reinforce brand standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or MBA
  • Thorough knowledge of financial products and services and requirements regulating marketing them.
  • Experience in a large, matrixed organization working with multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Experience with ContentSquare, JIRA, Confluence and Workfront
