The Role:

As our brand new Content Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the content team to tell the story of how we can help our customers build the best teams on earth. You’ll feature the expertise of Omnipresent and experience of customers to develop content that helps drive brand awareness, customer engagement, growth, and adoption across our solution. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing to identify new products, features, and unique capabilities of the Omnipresent platform to feature in content campaigns.

What you’ll do:

You’ll help develop content that’s performant for our audience of HR decision makers in businesses of all sorts, around the world. This will involve:

  • Research, write and edit long-form and short-form content for our owned channels, working closely with a range of cross-functional teamsmarketing, product, sales, design, and moreto identify compelling stories and topics
  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to set goals for content engagement and identify opportunities to amplify and syndicate our content
  • Manage a comprehensive content calendar and editorial plan with a consistent publication schedule
  • Brainstorm new content topics and ideas that keep us top of mind in the industry
  • Leverage internal and external data to produce research reports
  • Optimize and repurpose existing content to improve awareness, engagement, and conversion over time
  • Drive brand awareness, generate new users, and connect with audiences through your content topics

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in highly-quantitative content marketing roles
  • An expert in the written word, you can confidently create long-form and short-form content that converts, delights, and sets us apart.
  • Experience creating and executing industry-leading content assets
  • Excellent writing and editing capabilities, with a strong knowledge of inbound marketing tactics
