Your responsibilities will include: Establish a compensation center of excellence that creates value and governance in partnership with the business Design, building and lead the deployment of a North American compensation strategy that supports our employees and the business growth ambitions Bringing consistency to the way in which we operate as one BV family Drive operational effectiveness by owning and advising compensation processes across all divisions of our business for better agility with scale Lead regional market data projects that shapes the future of the people model for our businesses Support a culture of performance through incentive programs that are fit for purpose Bring the outside in, scout out new ways of bringing in innovative thought to the compensation and reward philosophy and functionality Drive engagement with clients through effective communication; landing and embedding impactful change and positive Couple with the HR Shared Service Center in ensuring all compensation models and activities are automated and streamlined as much as possible Managing and agency relationships and contract negotiations How you will Leave Your Mark: By creating safe space to innovate and take on new opportunities By thinking creatively and puzzling through challenges.
