Summary

To support our vision in driving technological advances, we are seeking a skilled, people-oriented Cloud Engineer to join our Digital Workplace team responsible for automating current and future business workflows and processes. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for serving others, while also possessing a demonstrable set of development and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing system architecture and recommend secure design changes to the cloud environment based on project objectives
- Develop scripts and workflows as needed for automated deployment
- Generate design documents, best practice configurations, and test procedures
- Execute testing to validate system performance in accordance with the developed test plan and criteria
- Recommend improvements to the existing architecture and process to reduce repetitive or time-intensive tasks in favor of automated solutions
- Plan, implement, and upgrade security measures for the protection of computer network and information
- Provide subject matter expertise on cloud toolsets and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years designing and implementing Microsoft solutions
- In-Depth understanding of the implementation and administration processes to support the Office 365 suite of products (Azure AD, O365 Groups, Office.com, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive) etc.
- Exchange Online, to include OME & S/MIME Encryption, DKIM, DMARC and SPF concepts
- Proficiency in O365/EXO PowerShell, automation, and optimization of manual processes
- Troubleshoot and solve advanced and complex problems as they arise
- Work independently on assigned projects. as well as effectively and cooperatively with administrators, staff, and users
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience utilizing available tools to assist in reporting and alerting, including Graph API, Teams API, Power Automate, PowerShell and other scripting languages
- Knowledge of scripting languages for automated service deployments (e.g. PowerShell)
