Responsibilities Define Change Management and Training strategies Plan and develop communications to drive change management and training Plan and develop training courseware and materials Set up and manage training environment and data Deliver training in person and via webinar Assess training effectiveness and plan remediation to address gaps Requirements 5 years of experience as an instructional designer and trainer 5 years of experience planning and developing communications as part of information technology Change Management initiatives Strong information technology skills and/or ability to extract key technology implementation features from business process and software development personnel Experience delivering virtual training using tools such as Microsoft Teams, WebEx and Adobe Connect Experience developing training using a tool such as Captivate or Lectora Experience with video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere or Camtasia Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 (O365) Suite of tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and designing and building SharePoint and Teams sites Strong interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team May serve as a team or task leader.
