As Automation & Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

• Analyze data to facilitate problem-solving, validation, and the identification of improvement opportunities, utilizing advanced data analysis and statistical techniques.
• Ensure project success by keeping projects on schedule through effective communication and technical data evaluation, ensuring milestones are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Design, test, and implement automation projects for enterprise applications, ensuring proposed solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.
• Manage database connections, data extraction, and transformation (MySQL, Redshift, other databases), ensuring data integrity and security.
• Analyze Bot performance and ensure an optimal level of deflection rate and Customer Satisfaction.
• Maintain the project’s test and automation artifacts, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
• Research new technologies, gain competency, and train others post-implementation, staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the field of automation and tool development.

• At least 1 year of experience working with Python or Java Script.
